比起Belle & Sebastian，Delgados似乎更有勇气玩弄乐器制造意想不到的效果，相对于B&S，某些轻柔的旋律加上背景隐约的Hi-fi，古怪精灵。
来自英国苏格兰Glasgow区域的Delgados，带点年轻时候的恬躁不安，浓重的吉他声响和淡淡留下的早期噪音的影响，《Universal Audio》这张专辑很令人满意。女主唱Emma Pollock略微粗糙但不失温和的声音充斥了整张专辑，以往偏重Orchestra味道的风格依然不曾减退。
